The Pathway to Professional Football Academy (P2P FA) is excited to announce that former Socceroos legend Luke Wilkshire has agreed to be the Talent Identification Consultant for our academy graduates.
Luke played over 400 games as a professional footballer with Middlesbrough in the EPL, FC Twente and Feyenoord in the Dutch Eredivisie, Dynamo Moscow in Russia and Sydney FC in the A League. Luke also played 80 games over ten years for the Socceroos, including two World Cups, and scoring eight international goals in the process.
A former Wollongong Wolves player, Luke reunited with his old club towards the end of last season after his successful stint with Sydney FC and he has since been appointed the Wolves NPL Head Coach for 2019. He will provide an important pathway for our players to the NSW NPL and overseas for academy players that are assessed by him as suitable.
